A GSL Media client was dissatisfied with the UX of their website, particularly with the clarity and flow of content. To address these issues, I took over page management and refinement, with the goal of making the user experience more concise and intuitive. My primary focus was on the membership pages, where I redesigned the layout to ensure a more seamless user experience, allowing users to better understand and navigate the membership options. In addition to this structural overhaul, I edited video clips for their banners, which increased visual engagement and cohesiveness. I also used Photoshop to change and optimise images in various formats, making sure they were visually appealing and correctly formatted for different devices and platforms. By making these targeted improvements, I significantly enhanced the overall usability and aesthetic appeal of the client's website, resulting in a more effective and user-friendly experience.
